If a project complies with our criteria we provide so much more than just equity to our development partners. Applecrest will leverage its relationships and will apply experience to ensure projects are financed and constructed within budget at profit within the required timescale.

We work with asset owners, developers and lending institutions to purchase development sites and portfolios to create innovative developments that meet their needs. Through a methodical evaluation and consultative process, we are able to customize a development deal that is designed to provide liquidity for our partners when needed. This is needed more than ever as we recognize that in the current market environment liquidity is often difficult to obtain.

• Deals: we invest growth equity either as sole or lead investor

• Social housing stock and new development projects in UK markets of 100-3000 units.

• Distressed land to assist asset owners with recovery.
• We specialise in refinancing and transacting UK and European large-scale operational wind farm portfolios in the cleantech sector. (min 9mw, target 50mw+)
• Hotels in major cities including London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness
• Hotels in UK City Centre’s (within 500m of major transport hubs).
• Continuing care retirement communities with fixed income lease agreements.
• London residential zones 1 and 2
  – Property of £400,000 and less, at least 3 units, within 500m of a major transport hub.
